Weimar, April 23, 2020 - IBU-tec advanced materials AG ("IBU-tec", ISIN: DE000A0XYHT5) is expanding its Managing Board further strengthening its domestic and international sales in particular. The supervisory board has appointed Dr. Arndt Schlosser (49) to the management board effective 1 May 2020. As Chief Sales Officer (CSO) Dr. Schlosser will be responsible for the Sales, Technology and Business Development divisions of the IBU-tec Group. Dr. Schlosser holds a doctorate in chemistry and has held senior management positions at Wacker Chemie AG, a global chemical company, for more than 20 years. His management activities focused on Sales, Research and Development as well as innovation management.
The IBU-tec Board of Directors will therefore consist of three persons in future. Ulrich Weitz will be responsible for the strategic development of the Group, Jörg Leinenbach will continue to act as CFO and will also have operational responsibility for IBU-tec as COO, and Dr. Arndt Schlosser will act as newly appointed CSO.
